This includes an inspection report, material information, product specification and batch / lot information, as well as other documentation required by the customer. The documents available depend on the product and the requirements agreed with the customer, so please tell us what you need when you send your drawing or request a quote, and we will confirm what we can provide.
"Quality at ADT starts with material selection and process control and continues through dimensional and functional inspection. Our quality control covers dimensional inspection, hardness measurement, material verification, electrical / ESD-related testing where applicable, visual inspection and production inspection. Inspection is carried out with in-house tools such as vernier calipers, a Shore A hardness gauge, a surface resistance meter and a digital microscope.
